Let’s Understand.

Let’s take the example of Google. Aap aapke daily life मे Google ka search 🔎 करने में या video dekhneme इस्तेमाल करते होगे l Lekin पीछे से (on backfoot) Google aapki sari information ko track aur record करता है l इसी information से एक clone बनाया जाता है and he is probably 83% of you after using Google for 1 year, 89% of you after 2 years. Google ke पास aapki bahot sari information available होती है जिससे aapke searches, likes, dislikes aur bahot kuch चीजों का पता चलता है l Now clone hame hamare पसंद को जानता hai aur उसी के हिसाब से hame recommend करता है l Users की involvement बढ़ाने के लिए yah sab kuch drama चलता है l But इससे profit 💲 क्या? Let’s understand through our next example.

Facebook भी same ways se apne user का data record करता है और companies ko proper user ढूंढने में मदद करता है l Har do-tin posts ke bad hame कोई ना कोई add दिखती है l Advertisement मे दिखाई गई चीजें bhi हमारे preference ki रहती है l According to data, Facebook earns Average Revenue Per Users (ARPU) more than $2 for one year. Lekin agar aapko ads nahi देखनी हो तो aapko “Ad-Free Subscription” ko update करवाना होगा l

इसका मतलब “If you don’t want to purchase a product, then you are the product.”

Solutions

• If possible try to delete your accounts from social media.
• Sometimes some apps like Whatsapp are important then try to use parent’s Whatsapp which will again help you to communicate via talking with others than typing of virtually.
• For professional use, LinkedIn is best but try to use it for 10-15 minutes only.
• For YouTube, try to buy its ad-free version. If it is not possible then delete your all search and watch history and paused it forever. This strategy will help you not to get recommended videos.
• If deleting accounts is not possible then try to use the “Apps Lock 🔓” feature for a certain time duration.
